Ingredients

• 250 grams biscuits

Method

• Form small balls out of the mixture.
• Dip the chocolate balls in coconut or colored sweets.
• Refrigerate the chocolate balls for half an hour before serving.

Ingredients

• 1 750 gram pkt of cornflakes
• 2 500 gram containers of chocolate spread
• Chopped dried fruit
• Paper muffin or fairy cake holders.

Method

• Put the cornflakes and the dried fruit into a bowl.
• Add the chocolate spread and stir gently until completely covered in chocolate spread.
• Put one spoon of the mixture in each paper muffin or fairy cake holder.
• Freeze for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

• Chocolate chips or a bar of bitter chocolate broken into small pieces.
• Colored sweets
• Chocolate mold

Method

• Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven.
• Mix the melted chocolate well, and cool slightly.
  (Don't allow it to set.)
• Pour a little of the colored sweets into the chocolate moulds, and then pour the chocolate on top.
• Refrigerate or freeze.

• 50 grams bitter chocolate
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 100 grams powdered sugar

Method

Preparation of chocolate sauce

• Melt the chocolate and the water in the microwave oven.
• Add the margarine and stir until melted.
• Add vanilla essence and powdered sugar.
• Stir well

Preparation of dessert

• Remove the stones from the dates.
• Insert an almond into each date in place of the stone.
• Dip the dates into the chocolate sauce.
