Fathers Day Activities

Spoil your father with these fathers day activities

Have you already thought of how to spoil your father on his special day? If you are not sure yet, and need some ideas for celebrating father's day this year, then I have a few ideas for you that will make your father feel like a king for one day!

Note for all mothers:
These father's day activities were written for your kids to make, but there is no way they will be able to carry them out without your help.
Who wouldn't like to be a king for one day? I know I would… (like to be a queen not a king :))

I am sure that your Dad will remember this day for years to come.

Are you ready? Let's get started…

Fathers Day Activities

Place notes all over the house
Prepare some notes in advance and write a short message on each one: "Good morning, Dad", "have a wonderful day", "I love you" and so on…
Wake up early in the morning and place the notes all over the house. Make sure the notes are visible so that your Dad won't miss any of them. Put the first note in the bathroom next to his toothbrush and then move on to other places in the house.
I have no doubts that your father will be extremely excited by these notes.

Prepare a healthy breakfast
Consult your mother when planning the menu and surprise your father with a healthy breakfast. Make sure to include dishes that he likes to eat in the morning. Set up the table and be your father's waiter and… don't forget to join the rest of the family for breakfast.

Prepare a homemade gift
Try to be creative and make a homemade gift for your Dad. Make sure to prepare something useful. You can consult with your mother about the right gift for your Dad.

Buy your Dad a unique gift
If you prefer to buy your gift, then I have a great idea for you. Buy your father a personalized book - a full length novel in which your father is the main character of the story.

In addition to your father's name other personal details will be combined in the book, so that the whole story will be adapted especially to your Dad.

So how do you order a book like this? It's simple. All you have to do is choose one of these Personalized romance novels from BookByYou.com. Passion, action and humor in one gift.

Write a meaningful greeting for your father
Prepare a homemade greeting card for your father and write him a greeting. Remember, your father is there for you all the time. He loves you and cares for you. This is your chance to express your appreciation for your Dad and to let him know how much you love him.

Plan a joint family activity
Choose an outdoor activity that Dad especially likes, and go out together. It could be a day on the beach, a family picnic, a back yard barbecue, a fishing day or any other activity.

Pamper Dad a little more…
Does your father have his own household chores? You know the kind I'm talking about. Taking out the trash, cleaning the dishes and so on… Take over Dad's chores for one day and let him enjoy his day.
