Halloween Crafts

You just have to try making these Halloween crafts! With the use of basic art supplies, kids of all ages will enjoy these cafts for the upcoming Halloween season.

Here are step-by-step instructions...also, after you try these activities, don't forget to let us know how they worked out for you. And while you're at it, send us a picture of your finished project. After all, there's nothing like sharing your works of art :)

Black and White Bat

Materials:

• Printable template
• Black A4 cardstock
• White A4 cardstock
• Scissors
• Glue

Print out the template.	Copy the template onto 1/2 of the black cardstock
Cut out the picture.	Glue the cutout portion of the black cardstock onto the white cardstock, with the cutout side facing the middle.
Now take the remaining cutout piece of black cardstock and glue it to the empty side of the white cardstock, placing it so that it completes the picture of the bat. One side should show a white cutout bat shape, while the other side should be a black cutout on a white background. (refer to the picture).

Haunted House

Materials:

• Black A4 cardstock
• Printable pictures
• Scissors
• Scissors
• Glue

Fold the cardstock in half.	From the fold, make four cuts with your scissors to fashion 2 bands; one short and wide, and the other long and narrow.
Open the cardstock and pull the two bands to the inside (see photo). Now refold the cardstock in half.	Print out the pictures from the template.
Glue the house to the short/wide band. Glue the tree to the long/thin band.	Glue the moon and the bat to the cardstock behind the 2 panels.
