Cookie Eating Contest

Played in pairs
From ages 7-12

Materials needed:

• String measuring about 2 meters long
• Halloween cookies

• String 5 cookies on the string.
• Choose 2 kids to hold the string (one at each end).
• Choose 2 kids to play the game.
• The winner of the game is the child who eats the most cookies.

Fish for Bones

Played in pairs
From ages 7-12

Materials needed:

• Fishing poles with magnets as hooks.
• Magnets in the shapes of bones.
• A tub of water.

• Use a dowel and tie one end of some clear fishing line to it.
• On the other end of the line, tie a magnet.

• Take colored plastic paper and draw bone shapes on it.
• Cut out and paste a magnet on the back of the bone.

• Fill the tub with water and float the bones in the water.
• Have the players try and fish for the bones.
• The winner is the player who catches the most bones.
