How to Make a Homemade Greeting Card for the Upcoming Father's Day



Making a homemade greeting card is a great way to express your appreciation for your Dad and to let him know how much you love him.

But do you have an idea for preparing your greeting card? If you don't, then I have an amazing idea for you.

Below you will find step by step instructions, accompanied by photos, on how to prepare an impressive card for Dad!

Materials:

  • Wavy cardboard
  • Acrylic paint
  • Potpourri
  • Markers
  • Scissors
  • Glue


Instructions:

Cut a 7"x8" piece of wavy cardboard.
Paint the back side with blue acrylic
paint and allow to dry.

Fold the card in two and then open it.
Draw a rectangle on the top left of the
fold, and cut out three sides.
Fold it once again, roll the cut out
rectangle to the left and stick the end
with glue.

Write "Happy Father's Day" inside the
window that you created earlier.
Write a greeting on the inside flap of
the card, below the headline.
Decorate the card with potpourri.
