You must place the numbers 1-8 in the squares, without consecutive numbers being placed next to each other in a row, a column or diagonally.

For example the number three cannot be placed next to the numbers two and four.

A man stole into the king's garden and picked oranges. Just as he was about to leave the garden he was caught by a third guard who said to him "If you wish to leave here safely, give me half of the oranges that you picked and half an orange without cutting it." The thief gave the guard what he requested and left the king's garden unharmed but without any oranges.
