Math Card GamesLet your student play math card games and they will love your math lessons
And how do we do it? Integrating games into math lessons is especially important in elementary school classrooms. So when I teach math, I use a lot of games in my classes. One of my students' favorite games is the memory game.
Occasionally, I set new rules to the game to add interest. For example, each participant turns over six cards. If he finds at least two pairs of matched cards, he takes them and puts them in his personal pile. And then he has another turn. However, if he fails, the turn goes to the next player in line and he loses his next turn. Every time that I set new rules to an existing game, I actually create a new one! So, the students do not grow tired of the games, but come back and play them again and again.
